Returns window
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom or private-label bulk orders are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
Damaged / incorrect items
Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.
Refund method
Approved COD refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
