For standard, non-customized items, you may request a return within a specified timeframe from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, in its original condition, and contained in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

Due to the bespoke nature of our handmade leather crafting and custom-built accessories, personalized or custom-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or an error made on our end during production.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt with photographic evidence. We will review the issue and, upon verification, arrange for a replacement or a prompt resolution to ensure your complete satisfaction.
